Great lesson. Even for students who may be at the B2 level or higher, it's good to brush up on the basics. It's no different than a pianist practicing his/her scales.
Hallo Jenny, selten danke ich jemandem für mehr Arbeit zu geben, DANKE SCHÖN!!!

Hallo Jenny. I'm taking German classes in my city but I'm also learning other topics by myself. Your videos are very useful, you're an excellent teacher.
Hello @team.lingoni! I would like to take moment and thank you all for providing so many valuable resources without any ulterior motive. I can't afford to subscribe to your app so I would love it if you could provide at least some practice worksheets or exercises here (and the verb list mentioned in the video is also not available) and then maybe if I think I have to sign up fr the app, I will :)
Ich bedanke mich für die tolle Video. But can you please make a sheet of all the verbs with their variations that you mentioned in the last part of the video.
Hello Jenny, thank you very much for this wonderfuly helpful video ❤ Where can I find the list of words that use 'sein' as a helping verb? You mention it in a video, and say it is down below, but I cannot find it. Thank you.
Hallo Jenny! The lesson is perfect! In the list of 30 irregular verbs there is one error in the sentence with the verb “wachsen“. You’ve probably already discovered it. And, ....thanks for the wonderful lessons!
Hallo Jenny, You mentioned in the video the link to practice examples will be in the description, I can't find any. Can only find a link to lingoni website :(
Some comments. Verbs like zieren, gieren, stieren , or vieren do use ge- as prefix. Luckily they are rarely used. But the verb frieren (gefroren in Perfekt) is used quite often There is a small trap with the verb passieren. The verb passieren (to happen) uses sein as helping verb. The verb passieren (to pass/cross) uses haben. Transitive verbs use haben as helping verb even verbs of movement or change of states follow this rule. The only exception I can think about is gehen: Er ist den Weg des Friedens gegangen.
Hi Jenny, "besuchen" implies movement. So why we are using "Haben" as a helping word for besuchen and not "Sein" for the same. Please correct if my understanding is wrong.
Hey Jenny. I believe you make a mistake on 1:52 (what you ment is still understandable though). You said that we use "sein" with the verb fahren because fahren is a helping verb. Just passing here to warn :P. This video is incredibly good and helpful, vielen dank!
Thanks for this. You can clearly see parallels with English strong verbs. After all, English used to be a full-fledged Germanic language and not the creole that it is today..
Hallo Jenny, Sie machen wie immer einen perfekten Job. Ich weiß nicht genau, was passieren wird, wenn ich Ihr Patron auf www.petreon.com sein soll? werde ich nur auf ein Video oder auf alle Videos zugreifen? und wie?
Thank you so much for your Time and Effort in making these videos. I wanted to print the table with the verbs with its prateritum and particip 2 at the end of the video. Do you have table somewhere so i can print so i can read them everyday and remember them?
In the ideal case, you would subscribe to my app and work your way from A1-B2, then you would be perfectly prepared. I developed my own method and I believe in it :)
Ah ok sorry ich lerne deutsch von u Tube und anderen Leute but you explain it so much better even though I do get confused sometimes and lost I will get it eventually. I just learn different then other people I kind of have a disability which sucks but I’m very proud of myself for learning german 😀❤️ i think it’s a beautiful language vielen Dank für dein Videos
This was so much more confusing than any of your other videos. An overwhelming amount of German on screen, you're trying to read, listen and translate at the same time. Oof!
Great lesson. Even for students who may be at the B2 level or higher, it's good to brush up on the basics. It's no different than a pianist practicing his/her scales.

Hallo Jenny,
You mentioned in the video the link to practice examples will be in the description, I can't find any. Can only find a link to lingoni website :(
We have all of our material in the app now 😊
Some comments.

There is a small trap with the verb passieren. The verb passieren (to happen) uses sein as helping verb. The verb passieren (to pass/cross) uses haben.

Sure but that is not A2 material. It will confuse students if I add too many exceptions.
I’ll make a video about how we use haben with verbs of movement (ich habe meine Tochter zum Bahnhof gefahren).
Danke!!
great
vielen vielen Dank Jenny!!!

Hi Jenny,
"besuchen" implies movement. So why we are using "Haben" as a helping word for besuchen and not "Sein" for the same. Please correct if my understanding is wrong.
