Use to be a time you walk pass the Shelby County jail and all you smell is cannabis. Unheard of. That facilty needs to be investigated.

I wouldn't doubt if that inmate was actually allowed to attack another inmate. Out of off all of the correctional centers I encountered Shelby County is the worst! That facitliy should have been investigated by the FBI.
