Would you recommend taking A Cloud Guru AWS Data learning path as this time with this new certification coming? In this path I see only the Data Analytics course
The data analytics course is a great foundation covering much of the same information, and the new data engineer course & practice exams are under way. We'd recommend the path, but consider still taking the new practice exams (and review any new material as indicated by your exam results) as soon as they are available.

AWS CCP prerequisite for this exam?
There are no certification prerequisites. However, it's highly encouraged that you have at least 2 years experience working with data on AWS. Be sure to keep that in mind when making a decision regarding the exam.
