This is quite unfortunate you have a mini landlords that just want to collect rent and don't fix anything or they half ass fix it good for them for taking the initiative to take him to court I've experienced this myself with the landlords not returning security deposits the crazy thing is you have to pay rent or you get evicted but most of the time they just get away with keeping your security deposit unfortunately you don't have to be a good landlord to be a landlord

How freaking hard is it to pay $300-500 for repairs when they occur with the $1000s in monthly rent money?? Too many landlords are complete shit and there needs to be better regulation.
