Twin and triplets count as 2 and 3 Live births respectively. Twins means L 2. And triplets means L 3. By Archer
Correction: L means living children not live births.

I think there’s is a mistake on the GPTPAL , on the L number living children are counted , so in this case twins are counted as 2 not 1 we are checking to see how living children
Thank you for your thoughts! You are right, though I believe he was only referencing the P - multiples only count as one Pregnancy.

Goodells ( G comes first, and the cervix comes first, cervical softening)
Hagers ( H comes after G , Uterine comes after the cervix) Uterine lower segment softening
Ballotment ( ball goes up and then down ) 😂😂😂😂

That’s a slip up! They are counted as 2 since we are counting the number of living children
WARNING: The "L" in GTPAL stands for LIVING children, not "live births"....... each child is counted INDIVIDUALLY even if twins.
