Today I kicked my full time job to the curb and finally after 13 years ........... going full time solo in my own business from home. I am done with these "CORE" hours............... I want a core "LIFE". If I can do it.............. you can do it. The feeling of becoming unshackled is pretty liberating................. do it.
There are some dark days. There are some bleak nights. There will be moments, days, periods of struggle and heartache and suffering my brothers and sisters. But I promise you. It may be some time, it may be a long time, but I promise you all this…the night DOES give way to the dawn. And when your sun rises as the Good Lord made it to be, you’ll see your opportunity and your hope. And remember that none of us ever walk through this adventure alone. So let’s walk this together.
You have a choice to either give up or get up. It’s like you have to save your own life. Nobody’s gonna be able to save it for you. So we have to do what we have to do, no matter what it is. We all struggle. We all know what it is to hurt. We all know what it’s like to have pain in our heart. And you know what? it’s okay, that’s just part of life.
The fact that you know how to say "it's hard if it's hard" through this video is also a human aspect, so that people can remain around you. Rather than pretending to be strong, I learned that sometimes you have to lean on others and rest. Through this video, I was able to receive comfort from my tired daily life. I can’t understand why I’m still a drug addict when I once a year ago quit for 5 months, but now find it hard to stop for three days. I failed soo many times, but I feel I can’t deny, that I’m capable of Ending this addiction and survive. I can get through this, I will get through this and I must get through it!

For every one who is listening to this right now, I want you to know that “beautiful things can come from your broken pieces, but only if you give your broken prices a chance”. Not long ago, I would cry every night, hiding my tears away from others. I would curl up on the floor. I was scared to admit that I needed help. I was lost, I was scared. I was going through the darkest place, the darkest changes in my life, and I had no clue how I would get through it. But I pulled myself together and I fought the demon who was pulling me into the darkness, I pulled myself back into the light. And these videos helped me do that. They gave me the strength. Cause like you, I was alone at home, at school, and even at the places I felt most comfortable at. So watching videos like these and getting help through anonymous people really helped me overcome that darkness. I guess what I am saying, is that there is no such thing as the impossible. You can do this, you can do this. I promise you within those thick walls of depression within you, there is light on the other side, and you will fight that battle that had been keeping locked up in that cage. You will no longer cry and scream for help in your head. You will overcome it. I promise you. A person once told me through a screen that depression is not a lifelong contract, and he was right. My boyfriend died In a Thursday night august The 5th ,islem was accidentally suffocated in his car because of air conditioning while he was in the garage,we planned to go out few days before his death but it never happened I saw him last 3rd of July I never knew it was the last time I would ever see his beautiful face I miss him terribly his death was a shock the worse thing that happened to me he was 24 he was beautiful inside out fun full of life sweet gentle smart 😭he was the perfect boyfriend although our relationship was short we didn't have the time or chance to live more together I only have beautiful now painful memories of how he made me feel how we made each other feel💔 Islem bendada you made me feel like I was flying I miss you I miss going out with you hugging you kissing you I miss talking to you I miss your details im in pain and darkness I don't know if there is any hope left for me your death took all my hopes and dreams and joy

For years now i suffer from depression ( dysthymia ) but i am still here and alive. Never give up on myself. Sure its not always easy but that is life. The devil will never win from me. I will make it to the end.

No matter how hard things get, we must all strive to remain resilient and maintain a positive outlook. The path to success can be long and winding, but we must never let ourselves become discouraged or quit. Quitting is not an option. We must remember that the best things in life don’t come easy, and that even if we fail the first time, we have the power to pick ourselves up and try again. Failing does not mean that we are not capable of succeeding. It simply means that we have yet to find the right approach. As long as we keep going and never give up, we will eventually reach our goals. Sometimes it’s easy to feel like our efforts are being wasted, but we must remember that it’s all part of the process. Every experience is a learning opportunity, and every failure brings us one step closer to success. We must also remember to be kind to ourselves. It’s okay to take a break and allow ourselves to recharge. As long as we never give up and stay focused on our goals, we will eventually succeed. Never forget that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. Believe in yourself, and never let anyone or anything convince you otherwise. Not long ago, I would cry every night, hiding my tears away from others. I would curl up on the floor. I was scared to admit that I needed help.
I was lost, I was scared. I was going through the darkest place, the darkest changes in my life, and I had no clue how I would get through it. But I pulled myself together and I fought the demon who was pulling me into the darkness, I pulled myself back into the light. And these videos helped me do that. They gave me the strength. Cause like you, I was alone at home, at school, and even at the places I felt most comfortable at. So watching videos like these and getting help through anonymous people really helped me overcome that darkness. I guess what I am saying, is that there is no such thing as the impossible. You can do this, you can do this. I promise you within those thick walls of depression within you, there is light on the other side, and you will fight that battle that had been keeping locked up in that cage. You will no longer cry and scream for help in your head. You will overcome it. I promise you.
A person once told me through a screen that depression is not a lifelong contract, and he was right. So please tear that contract up.

My boyfriend died
In a Thursday night august The 5th ,islem was accidentally suffocated in his car because of air conditioning while he was in the garage,we planned to go out few days before his death but it never happened I saw him last 3rd of July I never knew it was the last time I would ever see his beautiful face
I miss him terribly his death was a shock the worse thing that happened to me he was 24 he was beautiful inside out fun full of life sweet gentle smart 😭he was the perfect boyfriend although our relationship was short we didn't have the time or chance to live more together I only have beautiful now painful memories of how he made me feel how we made each other feel💔 Islem bendada you made me feel like I was flying I miss you
I miss going out with you hugging you kissing you I miss talking to you I miss your details im in pain and darkness I don't know if there is any hope left for me your death took all my hopes and dreams and joy

To cherish his memories & try to look at it in a more positive light instead of feeling robbed you didn’t get more time .. For years now i suffer from depression ( dysthymia ) but i am still here and alive. Never give up on myself. Sure its not always easy but that is life. The devil will never win from me. I will make it to the end.

Life been going great lately, got a new truck, I’m in great physical and mental health, my music career is starting to make sense and I have a clearer vision of where I’m going. Life is starting to grow leaves, and now it make sense, it has been years of growing roots so the tree can hold on through sunshine and storms. We all can get through whatever as long as we have faith.
Don’t stop running towards your dream. Keep going. Life is going to get tough, but you’re tougher. So many people thought that today would be waiting for them, and they didn’t make it. But YOURE STILL HERE now what are you going to do with the time you have been given? Life’s too short. Rise up and grind. Fight for what you want, Your future self will thank you for it,

No matter how hard things get, we must all strive to remain resilient and maintain a positive outlook.
The path to success can be long and winding, but we must never let ourselves become discouraged or quit. Quitting is not an option. We must remember that the best things in life don’t come easy, and that even if we fail the first time, we have the power to pick ourselves up and try again.
Failing does not mean that we are not capable of succeeding. It simply means that we have yet to find the right approach. As long as we keep going and never give up, we will eventually reach our goals.
Sometimes it’s easy to feel like our efforts are being wasted, but we must remember that it’s all part of the process. Every experience is a learning opportunity, and every failure brings us one step closer to success.
We must also remember to be kind to ourselves. It’s okay to take a break and allow ourselves to recharge. As long as we never give up and stay focused on our goals, we will eventually succeed.

I feel so blessed to have found this video this morning... In the midst of my internal battle this morning, in the midst of another night my eyes would not close to sleep something told me go to RUclips and look up something that says "when you've lost hope" and this was the first video that came up and I am so glad I did.
