I think Bruno is a tricky character, his biggest strength is also a weakness at times....... he's just too ambitious

I think maybe the best example of a player Bruno could learn from is Bernardo Silva. Increase the pass completion rate, rotate the ball around and then creativity at the right moment. There was one game where Bruno ran it from a deeper role with lots of passes and control.

We bought the wrong players this summer. Instead of Mount and Onana, I think we need RB/LB and a ball progression midfielder more.

  • @berbafps23

I really do hope Bruno somehow sees this video 😢 great analysis

BRUNO BRUNO BRUNO HE'S OUR PORTUGUESE MAGNIFICO GGMU #8 #18 HE IS A MILDFIELDER NOT A WINGER

  • @thomasaldrich6360

The amount of premier league players that don't open their body up when recieving the ball is mad, Reece James last night constantly touched the ball back towards goal instead of opening out and he was under no pressure 🫣

  • @joa4339

Quality content as always. Can't wait for the next one.

Expecting a 29 year old Bruno who lacks the basics of football to improve his on the ball technique is tantamount to trying to teach an old dog new tricks. Bruno has more passes because he literally plays every game and never gets substituted.

I think bruno getting into the lhs a lot in this game was very good to see if mount plays instead of eriksen and gets in that rhs we could have a better balanced attack

  • @atnahsinnamrab5656

Just by being a little more calm on the ball perhaps

  • @akamun3061

Bruno is an engine for sure but he needs the team to help him play short and long to better effect , sometimes UTD switch off and wait for some magic to happen instead of being proactive and give Bruno more passing options. Imagine him in a city side on the left of kdb

  • @haroldsimarmsta750

I think Bruno's skillset is similiar to Van den Boomen at Ajax...but then again Bruno is too weak at defensive duels and we cant play him alongside Mason Mount as two 8's unless we have a younger version of Casemiro. IMO if we play Bruno it is best to have a midfield three of Mainoo Amrabat and Bruno. Mainoo as the deep ball carrying 6 and Amrabat as a supporting box to box for build up play

  • @wolfpredator5226

    We dont talk about bruno😂

  • @bobdfgh7795

Hey Dave, I’m currently trying to look into deep lying forwards in more detail, I’d love to hear your opinion on them and understanding their roles similar to the way you did with inverted fullbacks

  • @BlackChrishi

if Shea Lacey's touch gets better and better, he could end up being that silky playmaker in between the lines like Odegaard or Foden often does and that would help us tremendously

  • @nelty0987654321

Do you reckon because Bruno more often than not is the only creative outlet he forces it more?

  • @touresalif1362

    Great analysis

  • @mondiriu

Bruno is 29. We are seeing him at his peak and he isn't going get much better.

  • @ManchesterUnitedcallouts

i think if we signed players who can play deep allowing bruno to focus playing around the striker making runs inbehind .

  • @Zamunda-

We are already the best counter pressing team this season but also the least effective from those positions of advantage.
