Heyy..... this is Priyadarsini Muni. I am from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. I did my Graduation, Postgraduation and Master's in Philosophy in Zoology Honors.
👩‍🏫👩‍🏫I started my career as an academician from 2015. After qualifying Odisha SSB 2021 examination for lecturer for Non-Govt. aided colleges (Zoology, Rank-12), I have been posted at Nimapara Autonomous College, Nimapara, Puri.
👩‍🎓👩‍🎓I have qualified Joint CSIR-UGC NET LS with AIR 42. I am preparing myself for all other national level examinations. 📚📚

Being a student of Odia medium I know the struggle of students from Odisha. English language has always been an obstacle to get rid of. So this is a small step to break that language barrier. Hello Sujit
For Research, Lectureship, Assistant Professor or above positions in govt. Sector, University Grant Commission ( A body that controls all degree colleges and universities) has some rule and regulations, out of which NET qualification is mandatory. NET is basically an exam that the candidate have to qualify to be eligible for the concerned position. It has two parts and by qualifying that either you can go for research or teaching job. For research, candidate need to qualify the the Cutoff mark for JRF. And for Lectureship the cut off is little bit less may be 5-6 marks. So those who qualify JRF they automatically get eligible for Lectureship job under UGC rule.
If someone is qualifying JRF then they would get some fellowship in terms of money that would fund the students for research work like PhD. And the same thing also helps for Job because as per UGC rules if the person is net qualified then they would get some extra marks apart from career and written.
State Selection Board (SSB) is a body that conducts exams for lecturers for non-goverment aided colleges. Simply we can call it as Semi govt. College like P.N. college or Kamala Nehru college etc. So SSB conducts exams and select the students and according to the requirements candidates get posting at different places.
I hope this would clear your doubts. Still if you get confused then mention that. I would try to clear that out.

In that case you can apply for botany. But zoology re jadi chahunchanti then tara separate certificate issue karei baku padiba. You need to talk to your controller of examination. Lifescience includes both zoology and botany. Zoology ra certificate jadi hei jauchi then you can clear the document verification round
