      Hi Ana, you are correct. The chair is effective in so many cases.
      Sometimes more difficult others restful. That’s why I say it’s like your best friend. Supportive and restorative while also challenging. Depending on your intentions. 👏🏻🧘🏻‍♂️🙏🏻
