Theorycrafted a support build (with primarily cloth gear) for our druid player as a 3 man group, focused on PvP. As for talents: 5/5 Imp Wrath, 1/1 Nature's grasp, 2/5 Imp Moonfire, 3/3 Natural Shapeshifter, 5/5 Furor. In theory, our guy could be spamming Wrath in the backline to proc a Healing Touch. Skull Bash to interrupt, maybe slap a Sunfire on the target meanwhile and try to disengage from battle. Rinse and repeat. I'm far from a druid expert but I can see this work out pretty nicely.
The second "triple dot" spec might switch out Improved Mark of the Wild for Furor. Since you can cast Sunfire from bear, it would require less time out of form and increase survivability by a lot. Slow burn, wait for low hp%, bash stun and wrath them down/ heal yourself, depending on situation. Could work!
feline swiftness is gonna be big, additionally I'm expecting to see alot of people trying to get minor speed on boots for 8% for other classes to get gap or close gap etc
my impression is there will be alot of crit reduction at the 25 stage so i think i'll forego imp moonfire and take natural weapons, natural shapeshifter, omen and natures reach for a hybrid spec. At 25 druids have to stay in bear for most melee encounters while we can outrange and kite casters with natures reach and free wraths
I've been thinking about this alot. It's most likely going to be feral swiftness, feral charge, natures grasp with high int/Stam gear and healing runes
Sub and like it I always being a healer caster druid and hybrid specs was my favourite specs so my second spec seems a bit hybrid to me and I will probably be the one I use. Truth to be told first phase is horrible for non feral pvp druids. No travel form for kiting no balance form etc. Looking forward already to go to phase 2 lol😂
I really hope they add some kinda powershifting rune or just anything that lowers mana cost when changing forms.... I feel like the balance/resto hybrid builds are gunna get left in the dust for boomkin and deep resto builds if players wanna go a spellcasting route. Even though I think feral is gunna be the best pvp spec I still wanna be a "hybrid" and if they dont add something to help with the mana cost of shifting we gunna just be sitting in kitty form 90% of the time which will be super boring imo.
Yes it does affect Druid. Bear windfuries with mangle are going to be so hype. Not just unkillable tank in pvp now, also can burst your face down! Keep in mind if it acts like shamans windfury, it will have a 1 second internal cooldown. So be sure to spam mangle 1 second after OR before auto attacks for chances to proc on both hits. Proccing on both of those hits will likely end up with a dead opponent ;) Edit: it also affects Hunter and warlock pets, priests new sumkon Homunculi, and literaly any ally target that can receive auras and swing melee hits.
CC warriors? Not today *Warbringer Requires Warrior Your Charge, Intercept, and Intervene abilities are now usable while in combat and in any stance, and will all remove movement impairing effects when activated.
What do you mean? World PvP doesn't count as PvP. There is no PvP in SoD. Would have been cool to get RBGs and Arenas but once a again blizzard puts their pvp community behind the rest...
Little did he know that Sunfire would be op as hell and become the pvp meta

This is epic. Please keep making pvp builds for Druid

Sorry to disagree but WPVP is the best aspect and fun of the game full stop😂
is sunfire can be use when using cat form without turn it to human ?

nice, forgot that
Yea at 25 shaman and feral having speed is huge for kiting and chasing people down. That will probably be ferals # strength in the bracket.

But like let’s be honest… what is the best spec for WSG flag carrier?
that may end up being reality

@@westonwright5029 probably druid or shaman, both can be tanks and 30-40% speed.
Does insect swarm hit change affect spellcasters

i think your mana will be low very quick with the second build

Does wildstrikes effect the Druid aswell how do we know ?
we are under the assumption of yes. I heard there was footage of it during the demo but haven't seen it.

even if you use natures grasp against warrior the warrior got the new rune so they can charge in combat and it will remove the cc
If chest runes are the last to be discovered balance druid suffers a lot :S i hope they let us discover fury of the stormrage as the first rune ;p

All warriors while looking at intercept 5 levels behind event horizon ;P
@@adamhenry3928 its pretty much all about Charge, unless they give intervene as spell in Phase 2
SoD hype!
Would be good if skull bash removed cc from yourself

give it time. I have a feeling rated bgs might show up!
