I remember often seeing Frank running around, making sure everything was right, at his original restaurant back in the 80s. I lived in the North End then, but even if I hadn’t, I’d have gladly driven miles for the original panino sandwich and their outstanding gnocchi with a tomato sauce made pink with plenty of fresh mozzarella. Glad to see Frank is still making good things in Boston’s North End.

Frank is a great guy. Worked for him and he’d always take care of me at Ocean Club 🌊

They call me a concierge. Frank you are the undisputed Concierge to the North End. Thank you for sharing your expertise!!!!

Great video but in Italy the food doesn’t cost as much as the North End

Frank sold me with his personality and passion. Planned to check out Trattoria Il Panino but after reading the TripAdvisor reviews I'll pass. Seems like his staff doesn't share his values or any interest in customer service.
