I bought this car out of necessity but; considering the condition of the car I had originally; I find the car to be functional and and exactly like you said it's great for the city and my wife and I do plan on going on some long distance trips. While there are some slightly annoying aspects to the car if you are just trying to get to work and maybe later wanna visit some state parks every now and then I would say I'm content with my purchase but what other options would have a little more power or functionality?
Point A to B. That's what it does :D If you want more options you should consider bigger brother Prius or Prius V but again... it's a simple car that does great MPG and you can find parts at any local shop. With the proper maintenance (more than just oil changes) it can go around the globe multiple times ;)
This is likely to be my next wheels because where I don't like prius and I don't like not having a leather interior, with fuel prices shooting for mars....

Toyota isn't famous for so many luxury features . Its famous for its reliability and fuel efficiency if you want with luxury features you can buy Lexus of same toyota company.. . Your reviews is shitty. You don't need to give your opinion to buy it or not.
