For example: 1) Khelo India under 12 2) Khelo India under 15 3) Khelo India under 19 4) National Games for Seniors All those who are selected from these games should be selected, monitored, promoted and paid monthly stipend. Sports body also need to be streamlined or cleaned 1) No official who is serving as current MLA/MP or any Govt post should be part of any sports body. 2) All coaches at all level should be fully qualified. 3) No coaches should be selected at any level on recommendation of any athlete or their comfort level. They should be professional enough to be playing under any coach selected by sports body. 4) All selection should be on merit and they should come from age level. 5) Any drop out at any age level should be properly handled and supported. 6) All injured Athlete should be medically supported. 7) Appraisal of Athletes should be made mandatory and they should be paid accordingly to their performance at international level.
