It’s with a perk I believe, I forgot the perks name but I have a epic one that allows you to shift 2 times in a row without the abt being filled

Its charges in how many titan shift you can do in a match, and if you want to titan shift as much as you want you need a legendary perk "unfatiguable" to spam
