I don't think smart phone will do any good for them.children will get addicted easily and deviate from studies.Even elders watch all contents and waste their precious time.Ordinary phone is more than enough.Ted did wonderful job of converting their unhygienic house to very clean house..and arranged a petti shop also.Anyway very nice of you to help the poor.
