Since this game, Texas tech has only beat Texas 3 times out of the 17 meetings. Tech has had some good teams, especially in the 2000s but when they see Texas, something just happens. I don’t know what but something happen. This last year, tech was favored heading to Austin, but Texas slaughtered them and tech even had the better record by the end of season. My best guess is that Texas is just a team Tech struggles against.I’m a horn fan, but I honestly hope they can get it fixed, and make the conference better.

Always adorable when tech fans act like Texas is their rival, when in reality they are maybe the 5th most important game on the Longhorns’ schedule 😂
