I got a question to you please: If I wanted to start freelancing and let us say I made less then the 10 000 - ish personal allowance, do I still need to file a tax return anyway and then deduct it? and if indeed in reality one has to pay taxes in advance in the first year of starting their economic activity, then how much capital/money do I need to have minimum to dive in? thanks
