- Hello lovely people! Today I do a flip through of a commissioned journal with a romantic/wedding theme.
I use a combination of hand-dyed papers, scrapbook paper and prints from digital kits that include (but not limited to) Vectoria Designs, My Porch Prints, the Graphics Fairy and Medieval Mirage. Also included are some original ephemera and some copied photos from my collection. It is three signatures with a 3 inch spine.
Thank you for watching.
I still have kits up in my shop.

What a treasure! This is beautiful.
Thank you, Ann! I really had fun making it. xoxo
So beautiful Lauretta. You are the queen of journals. You are always so good at picking the right images. Ines xx
Awww thank you. My journal videos usually get about 1/4th of the views as my stitching videos, so I'm always really insecure about whether or not they're any good. :-) It's so nice of you to say such kind things. I really had fun making this one. Hope you're well across the pond! xoxo
Absolutely Gorgeous!!!❤
Thank you, Angela! xoxo

Thank you!
Hello Lauretta, This is one of the loveliest journals I have seen. It's not too stained, as some are. Your photos are wonderful. May I ask where you got them, and you have so many different papers. Best wishes from Judy. I live in Australia.
Thank you so much, Judy! Some of the photos in this journal are just from my private collection. So, things I've bought at antique malls, estate sales etc. Some of them I got off of pinterest. So the image of the couple in the gondola, the one sitting on the piano and the last one of the older couple, all came from Pinterest. I just do a search for something like, "vintage images fancy lady" or "Edwardian photo couples" "romantic Victorian photos" something like that. All sorts of things will come up. But I would say half of the ones in this book (especially the wedding photos) are mine that I've bought, and I just make good quality copies of them. The papers are a mix of different scrapbooking papers, digital kits and then just notebook paper and ledger paper that I've tea dyed or coffee dyed. Thank you for watching and thank you so much for your kind words! Thank you, thank you. xo
