How much platinum does it take to max upgrade a titan and its weapons when there is a 25% discount?

about 5k or so if you are trying to get ULT data pad, but to upgrade all weapons and stuff i think it is about 13k

I had 1.5k pt saved up which gave me 5k points and I just grinded the rest 1k points took 1 hour of grind and after that I got a punisher T😢

You need 4k in 40% discount and 5k in 25% discount upgrade sale.
