Your point at 9:20 is key here about restrictions and choice is key here it is the beleif of those on the right, they would argue that the Constitution preserves the right to life and so given that they deem a fetus as being alive, then Roe Vs Wade should be overtuned and that we should be encouraging a culture of sex within marriage less promiscuity and there would be very little abortion if at all.............. For me however what this is a Utopia and you can't base a society on this we have to be able to mitigate undesireable outcomes you can't legislate this however that is very naive. The bigger problem for me is that if you give the Goverment this type of power, then it is going to expand intoother facets of life as the saying goes, the road to hell is always paved with good intentions
