Soaps are so cliché when characters are about to cheat, you could see where it was all going 20 minutes in advance as soon as they got chatting in the club. Suppose they've got to give Lauren something to do, she's been back months & has been like a spare part.

I think that in a way that Whitney did say she'd choose Britney over Zack and baby, then I don't think this is Zack cheating on Whitney. Zack will be better off with Lauren
Must feel horrible being told your partner would choose some random kid they've known for a few months over you, the father of their baby and supposed partner. Not excusing cheating cos if that was me I would have walked out then and there. Whitney is unstable with how she's gone about this, and what's even worse is she genuinely sees nothing wrong with it and immediately turned it back on to Zack when confronted with the truth. Her behaviour is appalling and she doesn't deserve him after the way she's treated him. She's lied to him, forced him to take on a kid without bothering to tell him him, neglected their baby by not going to scans, stolen from their baby to give to Britney, made him feel worthless by saying she'll always pick Britney, gaslighted him when she got caught out cos she needed to make him the bad one, etc. She's turned into such an awful character now that I realise how poorly she's treated Zack. I used to like them together but now I'm glad they're gonna break up now hopefully!
If you're gonna walk out then and there, why not also have sex with someone else? The moment you walk out the relationship is over so there's no obligation to be faithful.
Whitney was out of order for stealing the babies money and lying to Zack and saying she’d choose Britney over Zack and the baby. But, that doesn’t give Zack the excuse of cheating on her with Lauren.

Probably. But even if she didn't, or if she completely forgotten, Zack has an undetectable hiv viral load in his blood, i.e. he contains so little of the virus that it can't be passed on through unprotected sex. She's in no harm.
