For such a concise discography, the history of one of EDM's greatest cult duos has been writ plenty large. 'Summer Calling'. 'Beautiful Things'. Two tracks, two successive years, two conclusive anthems and ones that masterminded the rocking of countless club floors. That was followed by a recorded-but-never-released long-player, band hiatus, a parting of ways and finally, in 2011, the reunion.
All of which has led to this point: the release of Andain's first official album...

Mavie, I dont know if you ever see these comments or check. But I wanted to say thank you. This song has saved my life more than once. I come back to it every time I've gotten so low I want to just give up on my life and it’s pulled me back from that edge so many times to remind me that I need to stay and get the chance to see those beautiful things, instead of doing something stupid where I wouldnt get that chace to change my mind and experience anymore of it. Almost 10 years ago an old friend put one of the club cuts in, I think it's referred to as the Photon Project mix. I was speachless. I'm not a fan of EDM, but I'm around it often... No track has ever come close to this masterpiece. Finally stumbling on to this video, hearing and watching it.. raw, and real, and in it's most natural form, is truly an amazing experience. As a true lover of music, I have to say this is the best version to date.
I've forgotten a lot the past 10 years, but I'll never forget the first time I heard Mavies voice, as it brings me back to a place no longer reachable. That place exists only in this one song.
I consider Beautiful Things to be one the best songs ever written.. of all genres, of a time. It has, and will always be a big part of my existence.

Yes yes yes, I’ve played this song at 100 times in the last 2 weeks in May of 2023 but this was 2003 I think but sooooooooooo beautiful and classy to utmost. I first heard this song back in 2003 it was either the Photon Project or Gabriel & Dresden Remix, my friend sat me down and had printed the Lyrics out. I read them while you sang. It changed my life. I was a Suffering Drug Addict at the time, I remember fighting to hold back the tears as this song was ME. I stumbled for a year or 2 still and finally in 2005 I found Serenity and Grace. I hear this today and the tears are not held back, they stream in Joy and Gratitude for the gift that is this song. A Gift from God and you God's Instrument🙏❤🎵
