I can totally relate with finding God after a heartbreak. God loves to uplift us and find us in our darkest times to remind us that his plan is and HIS LOVE is much better than anything or anyone can offer. He re centers us and guides us back to him. 💕

It might not seem like it, but this could very well be a blessing in disguise. Went through the same thing three years ago, and I promise it gets better and that Gods plans are for your well being even if they don’t always make sense. You are loved by the most high.

Satan will try and distract you and blur your vision of God. Keep pushing sister! The Bible is life and the enemy wants to keep you from it. Jesus is beside you even when you don’t realize it. If you haven’t, consider fasting once a week, for a period each day, or days. Fasting is so underestimated and all throughout the Bible to tune into God. Your breakthrough is coming! 🙏🏽

I have to say, I’ve been following you on Instagram since before you ever moved to la. I’m from Tennessee as well and I just cannot say how proud I am of you. My testimony is quite similar in that it took a major heart break for me to start opening my eyes to see God moving in my life and for me to start moving closer to him. It took years but i am so thankful he never gives up on us or leaves us or forsakes us. If we feel distant from him it’s because of us, not him. Thank you for being brave in sharing your testimony even when it isn’t the popular thing to do. You will be rewarded, as the Bible says, not by man, but in heaven. ❤️

Girl you had me in tears. As a little girl Ester was always my favorite bedtime story. I have ready it and have heard it many times. I began to start reading my Bible more and felt may God putting on my heart Ester. This is because I prayed and the Bible fell open to the begging of the chapter Ester, but I was like not that again I’ve already read it. I have been so distracted with life that I have not picked it up.

Yes, to the Bible study! I was raised in church , my great grandmother was a preacher. I, like many strayed away and church was an occasional thing, Then I became a “buffet Christian” you know take whatever I needed from his word to fit me at the time but leave the hard truth there. Well, I hit rock bottom and anxiety was crippling me. Finally one day, I got out of the shower and fell to my knees wrapped in a towel , burst into tears and I said “Lord., I can’t take it! And I know I cannot do this without you. Cover me , wrap your arms around me, fill me with your love.” Since then I’ve seen miracle after miracle happen in my life and in others,. Jesus and I have a relationship that most can only hope for and I am forever thankful. And look at where your journey led you. God had a purpose. I think it was to build this platform. Bc it allows you to spread his word and reach people you otherwise wouldn’t. . You’re a vessel and a blessing to all that hear you! Prayers and love!
That Bible verse, Esther 4:14 is for all of us! The world is changing, and the past year was an awakening for many people. I feel like it’s crazy to say, but I felt, at the time, that this was good thing. That God was using this time to wake people up. We are so fortunate to be in this time, we saw what America was, and what it is. I pray that you continue on this journey; to use your voice as you have been doing! Thank you so much for being so open about your testimony. I have been going through some similar moments with heartbreak and I’m a nondenominational Christian. I can say these past few years have revealed so much, through the pandemic, heartbreak, politics, society etc. I can truly say the spiritual warfare is real 100%, and I know these obstacles and tribulations were made to build me, shape me, and for my testimony. So hearing your testimony and this video as a whole has allowed for me to resonate so much and to know that I am not alone. Thank you Amanda, I am so grateful for you! Thank you Amanda for this video. I went through heartbreak too and it was one of the hardest things that I had to go through. Like you said I felt like I was in this dark hole not getting out but our father got me out. He healed me and gave me that crazy peace that you know it had to be him. I love God and our Lord Jesus Christ for being there when no one else was.

Hey Amanda!! I have been following you pretty much throughout the entirety of your RUclips journey! I remember when you were dating and went through this breakup. I remember the guy you talked about who brought you back to God and it is so crazy to hear you really explain what God did during that time and I can connect the dots from my memory. He is so good!! Also I just wanted to say that our testimonies are very similar in the sense that we were both chasing the world but it continually left us empty and God eventually broke us so we would find Him, the true Him. And now all we want to do is share His Word. Praise to God for growth and maturity in His Name!! 🙏❤️

You’ll learn as you share Gods truth and the Bible, a lot of “Christians” and non believers won’t agree and it will bother them. The culture of the world and Jesus are opposites. It’s easy to get caught up in the culture but that’s why we need to be in our Bibles. There are a lot of false prophets and many will be led astray.
"For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them." -Matthew 13:17
As followers of Jesus, we have to be willing to put pride aside and unlearn things the world has told us is good if Jesus says it is not. We have to die to ourselves. Through the blood of Jesus, we are saved. Thank God for His grace 🙏🏽

I’ll comment my testimony below this one but I have to say this first!! It’s so sad how many people feel lonely & no one ever knows.. From an outsiders perspective, you were thriving in LA while I was burning myself out, working my butt off, heartbreak after heartbreak, looking for my path & trying to find the truth in the wrong places. I’d lay in bed at night & watch you glow online when reality, you were burning out too 🥺 I always just felt calm when I’d listen to you talk.. i followed other influencers but I could tell there was something different about you that I couldn’t explain. Now I 100% think it was the Holy Spirit drawing me to your channel. It has been so awesome to watch you grow & change & embody your beliefs (while still being complete strangers lol social media is weird!) but it’s all come full circle & it’s like we’ve gone through it all together somehow & I’m really thankful for that💞
TBH I feel like I’m living in my testimony right now.. I grew up always going to church & went to a Christian college in tampa where there are SO many churches. Everyone I knew went to some type of church & I would always sit in the crowd of hundreds of people at worship service & wonder “how is this possibly the narrow road..” I felt like I was just checking the box by going & participating but I never really felt like I fit in. It was very surface level but I didn’t know how to get deeper.
It’s been almost 3 years since I graduated & moved back home. 2020 broke a lot of people & my family was no exception.. The church I had gone to my whole life suddenly changed their doctrine & practices & said “God would understand that we make exceptions bc of circumstances” I was SO confused how this was possible that we were *really* following what the Bible said so I finally started to look into it all myself.
I would ask my church leaders, “why do we do this?” Or “can you show me the scripture that backs these teachings up?” Or “can we sit down & study ___” it blew my mind that this church that I grew up in, was baptized in, & began my relationship with the Lord in couldn’t answer any of my questions. I started getting super involved in politics & lost a bunch of my “christian” friends because I planned to vote for Trump. They even read a letter to my congregation that my family wasn’t to be associated with because of our views & that our “questioning of authority caused division.” I quickly realized how lukewarm & stagnant my surroundings were & had always been & I’ve been on a journey to find the REAL truth for a little over a year now..
What I’ve discovered continues to blow me away every day. And despite being quite literally excommunicated from the church that was always home to me.. I feel closer to God than Ive ever been in my life. My friends have been stripped down to my immediate family & my husband but I’m content here now.
I recently started my own business & not having that community is an icky kind of new, awkward, embarrassing & honestly scary.. But being lukewarm with the world is even scarier. Taking it one day at a time, trusting God, learning as much as I can every day & praying for courage that I can always be changing my life to be more about sharing His word has made me realize that ONLY his word can fill the God shaped hole everyone has in their heart & that everyone is walking that same tunnel you talked about.. But perhaps we were created for such a time as this 🥲👑

Hi Amanda I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been watching you for a while and had you subscribed and couldn’t find you for the longest time since it was like someone unsubscribed me to your channel it wasn’t til I moved to Texas only 4 months ago I came across your RUclips channel again and I was so thankful because as I start to watch you again I seen how you opened Up about God on your channel and I have to say I always wanted to know god since I was really little I would talk and ask the olders questions about him but not until the pandemic first hit then in April 2020 I truly changed a lot of things in my life it was as if god was Pulling me away from distractions so I can fully seek him and I have, I still struggle to be obedient I forget to read sometimes, I wish I was more like you you seen so enlightening and a beautiful spirit thank you for opening up about God to your followers it makes me so happy it helps me stay in my faith so thank you RUclips really needed someone like you do help people the way you are please keep it up 💙

Amen! I’m so happy to see this. Full honesty here. I came across your channel years ago and followed you for so long but lost interest in your videos for a time. I have also been in church for my entire life. First Catholic then Christianity. But like you was in between until 2019, God also started speaking to me in dreams and although I should’ve heeded his warnings o didn’t. Fast forward to September last year I made a decision to follow him fully and wholeheartedly. It has been such an experience and I’m just yearning to grow closer!!

Yes that's a wonderful analogy saying the rose color glasses cuz that is the way I felt like I was on autopilot and I was empty before my healing and my relationship with Jesus and started and it was just amazing because I just had clarity and I was seeing things like I was a kid again

Our entire country needs to turn toward god. So Thankful for you and your willingness to speak out and show your love for god in this dark world. If more people would follow your example and trust god our country wouldn’t be in the state it is in today. You truly are a light in these dark times.
I don’t know you personally but I’ve seen your recent videos of this year and all I can say is God is working through u. I never related to someone as much when you were speaking about your heartbreak. To everything u would do to help not feel that void. I’d definitely would watch the Bible study, I think there’s always a struggle at first knowing how to read and understand it and what God truly wants in each of our life’s.
