Once thing you could consider is putting shivering contagion on your primary or your companion's weapon. If you have it on your loadout, it makes cold procs from any source act as an AoE effect, including your abilities.

I just tried the build and it is absolutely amazing. The way I play frost is spam 4 get overguard and armor strip the but problem is that overguard is good but not enough when you get to level 200 sp and the cc from 4 isn't good enough either but once you slap on thermal sunder it nukes every thing after you press 4 and provides so much cc that you dont even need max overguard. With the cc you can't die, the overguard is another layer of protection that also allows you to spam any explosives or melee you want, and the 4 and thermal sunder armor strip which is just pure overkill. I hadn't even considered using Precision Intensify on Frost, he's perfect for it! Looks like I need to set up a new build for him. For killing things I like to pair Frost with the Xoris, and the new Melee Influence Arcane should make it even better. As for Helminth abilities: I've got a long list that I think would work well with this sort of Frost Build: Silence, Quiver, and Shooting Gallery with its Muzzle Flash augment would all help with survivability and give Melee Stealth Damage Multipliers. Meanwhile Nourish, Pull with Greedy Pull, and Lycath's hunt would all help with spamming Avalanche more often. Finally, if using a Melee Influence Xoris, Sickening Pulse would be a great way to completely overkill enemies. Thanks for the video! I got a lot of great ideas to try out because of it
Currently running my Frost for tanking and armor-stripping alongside Nourish for free viral. Add a support-focused Grimoire to keep my energy topped up and spam different procs for Condition Overload and my Diriga spamming magnetic procs lets me pull more enemies in with the new Melee Vortex arcane, and I'm yanking in enemies and breaking them apart real quick! Pretty darn nICE!
So... I'm glad there's someone in the WF community who using/talking about frost, makes me happy. But, there are some inconsistencies with this setup that, to me, just doesn't make sense. 1. Frost doesn't have a big energy pool, even with primed/archon flow, and TS is very expensive. with 8 casts, your pool is shot. 2. It doesn't make sense to run TS for the purpose of killing enemies with heat stacks, where any beam/non-beam secondary can do the job a lot faster without having to spend energy (if we're still focused on increasing secondary crit). 3. it's inconsistent to run the shield regen version of the shard on him because of reason 1, and also, because you're running icy avalanche, which is more reliable (in this situation) than the shard. I will say that your use of precision intensify is an amazing idea, and really gives him the option to slot big range, to cover more ground for all his other abilities. But, yea TS on him ain't it, chief. I am curious to see how you could possibly revise him, though. Keep up the good work, my guy. Blessings.
Instead of Thermal Sunder you should use Ensnare... Group them, strip their armor and kill them with any weapon you like. No spam, not so high energy costs and more crowd control.

Yeah, Precision Intensify is perfect for any warframe that relies on their 4th ability for damage.
