Maguire is overall a good CB. His weaknesses are mobility and pace, but if both of these things are covered by the other defender, he has very good aerial presence and physicality, which makes him pretty lethal in defending.

I get why people think it will be the same with Ruben, that the players will get him sacked. So, Ruben can focus only on coaching the players and I like that he is sticking to his style of play where we will know exactly which players fit and which don't long-term. With sensible recruitment and good coaching, Manchester United will become a force once again.
