I am graduating this 2020 and this soul touching piece of art makes me proud even though there is no commencement ceremony :( . Best of the best to all who are graduating this year. A year to remember for its tragedy but also for the legacy and challenges to overcome during this difficult time.

So I'm not sure it's possible to compile a list of who was 'best' at music in the nationalistic sense. All music has a place, and in some places particular music resonates with the masses.
The next time the Berlin Philharmonic performs this epic march, they should play it in memory of the legendary musical genius, Maestra Patricia Burda Janeckova, who died of cancer last year.
This reminds me how my teacher pronounced my name wrong during graduation in front of *HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE* . still graduation had it's great memories. And I still have more to make.
