I just received my chocolate favorite ribbon. She is absolutely beautiful, I love everything about her! You were right about all the detail on her outfit. She is a beautiful doll.
Yay! Thanks for the review. I think I like the Original's face and hair color a little better, but I like the Chocolate version better as an overall doll because of her colors (I like the pink and brown combination).
After watching your videos from day one i finally decided to buy myself my very first pullip! This favorite ribbon brown version is my first pullip doll. Love your vids!
She is so GORGEOUS!!!! Really love the long pigtails with the gorgeous ringlets at the bottom. Wonderful review by the way really makes me want to get her as well.
Thank you so much for this review! I've been looking all over for one, and since watching your video you've helped me in deciding to get her! Congrats on your new girl!
Chocolate is definitely better! They are both very cute, but so many pullips have the red/pink/gold combo. Choco has such a lovely pink/brown palette that jp/groove hasn't really explored until now, making her very different and special. As always a great review, but now I'm even more torn on who to get, la robe blue or choco!
+Mayra Berrios Well I wouldn't say the doll is exactly unique, because it's Favorite Ribbon in different colors, but I do think it's cute. I'm trying to fight here, because I wanted Favorite Ribbon for my next doll, but now I don't know xD Lol I might still go with Favorite Ribbon because I'm not really a fan of brown makeup, I think black eyeliner does the job better :D
Chocolate is my favorite. I absolutely love her. I really enjoy the review to see her up close as I haven't bought her yet. I've blown a lot of my doll budget on the sample sales. LOL I love the color combo. I think brown and pink work really well together and they go perfectly with the hair and face up. I passed on the original. I was tempted by the original doll itself as I think the hair color and face up are adorable, but I wasn't crazy about the stock. There's just way too many dolls already on my wishlist and way too little room in my house. I think I'd get her if I primarily collected Pullip and not much else, or had a much larger house.
+LMB925 That sample sale and the fire sale at Pullipstyle have KILLED my wallet. RIP Wallet. But she's definitely one to consider. Everything down to her shoes is so detailed.
I adore her stock outfit!! *w* And I do think the chocolate version is prettier, if only because the color combinations are nicer while the pink/red is cute but a little more basic.
WHERE HAVE I BEEN???? I can't believe i "lost" so many videos of yours.... But i will watch them now!! ;) When i watch your videos, even from the thumbnail, i want to get more pullips SO BADLY!!!!!! Love your videos♥♥♥♥
I can't wait to receive mine. I pre-ordered her as well, but I don't have the original. I like pink and brown together, not so much pink and red. Thanks for the review.
I love these! Don't you think the original Favorite Ribbon is a bit too similar to The Rose doll? Just the color and overall vibe? I don't know which one to get.
When you compare the new doll with the other doll. Her face up is similar to other doll but lighter in color but look the same. Which sort of make them look like identical twins.
I love your videos ^_^ Do you think Favorite Ribbon's wig would look weird/thin taken out of the ponytails? I'm torn between getting this one, Nanachan, or Classical Alice for my first doll. Which one would you recommend to someone interested in putting them in different outfits? I love to create doll clothes, but I just have a Blythe right now. Thank you
I don't think the wig would be thin, but unless you treat it, it likely won't brush out straight. I hope that makes sense. She is lovely, but all of your choices are good ones!
+mew chii (xomewchii) Oh yes, I can't recommend this doll enough! her outfit is so so pretty and she's just a beautiful doll in general. Be careful with her wig though I have accidentally pulled a few hairs out of her tails!
Did you have any trouble getting her shoes on? With mine the straps on the shoes came unglued due to there not being enough room to get her foot in there. I had to glue the straps back on. So now she's sort of glued into her shoes :/ oh well
+Ochagirl85 i didnt have trouble getting them on but those straps are soooo delicate that like you I had to glue a bit because one strap came apart. Such a shame!
I have seen you customizing some dolls and I wat to start customizing so if you can give me some little tips?? I know that this question doesn't have anything to do with the video but if you can I would be verry happy Love your videos💕💕
+Ronja T You are kind. I'm very much looking forward to doing more short videos with quick tips on customizing. My number 1 tip would be that you must be patient. I know that sounds so corny but I cant tell you how many times I cut a wig or accidentally scratched a doll's head trying to force something to move or to fit. I'll be doing a Top Tips for Make It Own Pullips soon!
I do! But as I am limited with room, I almost always give away little Pullips as prizes in contests and giveaways. I think they are lovely, in particular Rosalind.
I think I prefer My Favorite Ribbon. I don't really like the brown on Chocolate Ribbon. If La Robe Bleu Royal and/or La Robe Vert Claire did weren't readily available, I think I would have ordered My Favorite Ribbon instead.

She's so beautiful and sweet, I love the chocolate theme and the colors!
I really like Chocolate, her colors are so lovely~ I didn't pay much attention to the original ver before but now I really like her as well.

+Kailegh I agree with you. The pink and chocolate colors are just a bit more unique, but that's my opinion. :)
I prefere the first version of her as a doll but i think the dress of the other doll is a little better :)
Your videos are really well made!!! I love your pullip videos and how you are making them :)
