I have had my Joe Pass for over 10 years and feel comfortable with it. Though I do want a Martin to be the last guitar I buy Just to have it I guess. I am 76 and my Go To guitar ,that I reach for at home is usually my accoustic Ibanez Westen Series. So I believe that , like a wife ..you choose the one who fits your life and make sweet music to the end. PS I do love taking old guitars from the Trash and rebuilding them that they may make music again . I call my little hobby GUIT-BACK.
FYI, many folks don't know that Pisano was the guitar player for Herb Alpert's "Tijuana Brass" band... I played an Epiphone Joe Pass about 10 yrs ago, and it was the guitar that had the most feedback from any guitar I've ever played. I had to move the amp twice and lower my volume in order to cancel the feedback was so bad!
This was an existing model ( Emperor) in the Epiphone catalog several years before Joe Pass' name was put on it. Hard to say what changes he made to the model but I dont think it was much.
hey rich! I was the guy from Guitar Center that loves your stuff! You're amazing as always! Can you please do me the honor of watching my cover of Bohemian Rhapsody. That would make my year.

0:01 I love this Song. Is it from Les Paul & Mary Ford?
Ciao u guys!!! In CT from Italia. The mckerrahan arrives at my friends tomorrow!!! Fingers crossed.
I like the single coil pickup. Nice and crisp.
That Epiphone sounds as good as many more expensive guitars. I tried one in a shop recently and found it to be as good as most Gibsons I’ve played.
The natural wood finish really lets you see the quality in both the Epiphone and the Samick. Both are winners when it comes to musical tone and value.
