Wow! I just discovered this channel and it's awesome. is it possible to make a set/song of Avicii in this engine? I understand that you are a Martin Garrix fan, but you can also physically go to one of his shows. Unfortunately, that is no longer possible with Avicii his shows :( R.I.P. Tim!!!
Thanks. Yes for now it's a project of 10 videos around Martin Garrix to celebrate my 1000 subscribers. But yes, everything is possible so maybe it can be a future video 😉
great job!!! i love it... now i have a lot of questions: how much it is cost? i realized you used MA2, but i program in MA3 now, how did you patch the fixtures in the software? can you export/import an MVR file? can you print the plots? how many universes can you use in the software? can you get the rigging information? and all that stuff that a show requires... hope you can help with this questions and congratulations again, i want to be like you when i grow up
@@MaryJVar Thank you for your comment. For your questions : - Unreal Engine is totally FREE, the only thing that cost a little was the 3D models but you already have some basics in the original plugin. - There is no different way to connect MA2 or MA3 to Unreal, you just need to use ArtNet ou sACN output. - Yes Unreal supports MVR import - No you can't print a plot (as I know for now) like you could do on Capture with Patch informations, color labels ... - Unreal is not limited by the universe input, your limitation will come from your lighting software ArtNet or sACN output - What do you mean by rigging informations, if you mean that each light has a label to which tfuss they are attached to, no you can't have this type of information.
Love your work and design!!😍 Did you use the Carbon plugin for the fixtures or do you know other? Can you share the fixtures and models? Thank you for making a greater community!!
@@BehindTh3Curtain Correct. To get any output from MA onPC via DMX or Artnet/SaCN you must have some MA hardware. e.g onPC Node, command wing, fader wing, or some standalone console, etc.

@@BeMixed I've been working on spec'ing out my own unreal machine. Any specific reason you went with a Quadro card instead of a consumer card with more VRAM? I haven't been able to find many resources going over optimized hardware for VP in unreal.
@@theawesomebeck9162 I didn't choose the Quadro card especially for Unreal because i use a laptop and not a desktop, and someone recommend me the Precision series from Dell. I used an RTX 2060 laptop before, and I noticed some improvement about VRAM, but for the rest nothing crazier than before. Unreal looks a little bit more fluid, but I think it's more because I switched from 16 to 32 GB of RAM
Martin will go crazy after watching this ⚡⚡⚡⚡
@@HQVocaIs Would be amazing if he could watch them 🤯
Everything always looks like it sounds
Goosebumps!!!!!
I was hoping for this track. Yet again a masterpiece!!!

soooo sickkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so cool !
This design has to be a RAI show. Sick work. Make a one for Now That I've Found You
What do you use to build your venues/ any advice on someone who wants to give this a go as a fun project?
I first draw the stage with the lights and truss on a paper and then directly start to import and place the assets I need in UE
Epic!

@@JorgeLighting Thanks, no I don't use Carbon, it's the basic DMX plugin with some 3D assets
@@BeMixedhow do you connect UE to MA? That's the part I can't figure out without unlocking parameters or using Carbon.
@@BehindTh3Curtain You have to unlock parameters, because I connect MA and UE with Artnet
