- UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and her next challenger, Claudia Gadelha, who are coaching opposite each other on TUF 23, profess to be "good friends." But as we could see at the UFC Unstoppable press conference, there is was more than a modicum of sarcasm dripping off of that statement, as they tore into each other at the press conference, which ended in a wild staredown with UFC president Dana White getting popped in the face!

Just watched the first fight. Claudia took her down five times, Joanna only got one uppercut. And Joanna couldn't stop putting fingers in Claudia's eyes. Claudia got ripped off.

She got punched just as much as Gadelha, and I guess if all you want to see is knockouts, then yes it might have been a boring fight. I have Claudia winning the fight by split decision, but Joanna winning the rematch because her striking and takedown defense has evolved since she become champion..

I wanted to say this also, it's the same with every fighter btw, when they start getting realy emotionaly investet and act out like that they show fear and most off em lose the fight, look at Jones, Mcgregor, Aldo (altho he is washed out), ect ect ect Anyway I think her behavior is unprofessional and I hope she loses altho she is a good fighter.

Last I checked, Joanna won. And 2 of the 3 judges said Joanna won. Claudia had a few takedowns and just stalled for time with them.

Joanna won most of her fights just like Conor, using trash talk and getting into peoples heads. Yes they hold some skill but their best skill is trash talking. Joanna got her ass beat twice by Rose, someone who has an amazing ability to block out all of Joanna's trash talking. Just like how Khabib smashed Conor cause Conor's trash talking had zero effect.
