Ive been doing some secret shopper calls for a coaching group and im finding some shocking things.
📞Placing me on hold without telling
✍️Not ever getting my name
👎Struggling to tell me what happens in the evaluation
😱Trying to undersell me on services and telling me I can do my treatment mostly at home
Never once when doing these secret calls did someone try to learn more about me, my injury, my story. It was all very sterile and lacked confidence.
This leads to patients having fear doubt and uncertainty. When fear doubt and uncertain come in a patients mind

❌And Not completing Plans of care
Its critical for you to spend some time with your first desk to make sure they know how to answer questions specific to your practice and to make sure they aren’t costing you patients.
