    For Web Services SEG the protocol(s) should be HTTP, rather than TCP as written.. right?

      Technically the protocol is TCP and port is 80. In the AWS web portal you can select protocol=HTTP as a shortcut, this basically populates the other fields to TCP/80.     I lost 20$ because i did not watched this video before launching EC2 cluster. Biling was for out data traffic.
