@@pratikian what if the structure element is like [ 1 1 1 1] with even number of counts . does we need to take the first element of the midlle as seed , i mean [ 1 '1' 1 1], the quoted one
@@muhammedajlan5628 Well, usually structuring element with 4 elements as you have shown is rare, however I guess the first element could be the seed. If such a question appears I would recommend to make it clear in the answer the position you choose for the seed point.
So the main thing is that I the sturcturing element goes out side the image matlab just considers the points of stucturing element that is inside. And ignores the part if stucturing element that goes outside the image
what if structured element is 3*3 and what should i take the seed point
The middle element will be the seed point
