Hi Amanda, when I was prepping for my own wedding last year I was also looking to resolve keratosis pilaris on the backs of my arms. I found that using the Dove body polish to exfoliate the backs of my arms, and then applying the Summer Fridays body lotion on the area after getting out of the shower helped to resolve the issue entirely. :)

For the keratosis Pilaris, try the glycolic acid from Ordinary on a makeup pad after a shower then moisturize as usual. I've had it all my life

Hi Amanda! I also get those bumps on my arms (and legs too) and I’ve found that one Lush’s bars of soap called Sandstone does the trick for me! It’s VERY abrasive, but I can’t live without it…otherwise those bumps come back!😅
Dry brushing and applying lotion daily on my arms helped my keratosis pilaris so much!

Girl for the shower scrub thing. Go to a Persian store or afghan store. Ask for Keesa and the little balls of “soap” and it will help sooo much. Heat the shower 🚿 and scrub away.
