Jojoba oil. Ive done this for 7 years, add in cut up fresh orange peal, let set up about 4 days. It gets cloudy wonderful orange smell. Its ready. At night. Watching tv. I rub into my skin. I do not look 66
I like your recipe so i would love to enjoy your recipe my tara sis 😀😍❤️😍😉 your recipe amazing 🤩 u every nice youtuber always Explain to very well about formulation my sis ❤❤❤ lots of love from my side ❤❤❤❤
I’ve mostly documented my whole process of formulating on my channel. I just learn mainly from experience and reading stuff online or in books. I initially got into it from random Pinterest DIYs until I stumbled onto this blog here www.swiftcraftymonkey.blog/ and that’s when I really got into it. I guess it just really interested me and I like to obsess over things 😂
Interestingly I loved the texture instead of NAG can we add niacinamide but loved the video thanks for sharing with us sister loved the colour and the beads.❤❤❤
I’ve never heard of btms 80. So I’m not sure. I gotta look into this now. I know of btms 25 and btms 50, but not btms 80. Thanks for brining it to my attention though
3-0 ethyl ascorbic acid or ethylated ascorbic acid ( water soluble) Also Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (water soluble) These are also stable forms works well with water formulations. But I suggest skip vitamin c all together if formulating for yourself. It just doesn't worth it in cleanser. ❤
Hi Tara, does this form of vitamin c need a specific pH like the other ( water soluble) types ? And do you need to add something for the pH drift, like triethyl citrate? And a chelator?
You always need a chelating agent but I really haven’t gotten into that topic on my channel so because I try to keep things for beginner. This is a more stable version of vitamin c so it’s not not as likely to destabilize like ascorbic acid. It just needs to stay between a ph of 3-6 so that is why I said keep it betweeen 4.5 - 5.5 in the video since that is around or skins ph
I love turmeric 🎉. It is so beautiful and it has a lot of benefits. This is going to be a awesome facial scrub. Thanks Tara, you're the bomb girl!!!🥰

Any substitute for NAG .
Alpha arbutin
Please can you make edible flavors for sensitive areas ❤
I can't find this Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate?? Any substitute?
3-glyceryl ascorbate could work
3-0 ethyl ascorbic acid or ethylated ascorbic acid ( water soluble)
Also Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (water soluble)
These are also stable forms works well with water formulations. But I suggest skip vitamin c all together if formulating for yourself. It just doesn't worth it in cleanser.
