Currently playing this to my grandfather who is on end of life treatment in hospital. Before he was sick he used to sit in his chair in the front room of his home listening to this and he would cry. Now I share those tears and hope he is relaxed by wonderful music ❤

No one can replace Pavoratti, but in my opinion Andrea comes the closest for my generation. Just a phenomenal talent as a tenor. There's obvious differences. Pav was all about power and emotion. Andrea is about smoothness and finesse. But he's arguably the best pure tenor to reach these heights of success of the past 30 years.

One of my favourite songs. It now has a wonderful memory of this past summer attached to it. I went on a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords for my sister's wedding. As we were leaving the dock at Olden, the staff at a bar at the end of the dock turned up the music to full volume and we departed in style with flags being waved and various songs played as the ship prepared to depart. This was the final song, hearing the wonderful voice of Andrea echoing down a Fjord from the balcony of my cabin was amazing. It brought me to tears and still gives me goosebumps thinking about it. It was just amazing.

No one can replace Pavoratti, but in my opinion Andrea comes the closest for my generation. Just a phenomenal talent as a tenor. There's obvious differences. Pav was all about power and emotion. Andrea is about smoothness and finesse. But he's arguably the best pure tenor to reach these heights of success of the past 30 years.

I was looking for this song for so long... I used to listen to this song as a child in my mother's car at night. It helped me to be less stressed about going home at night. I used to live in an abusive environment. However, my mom and I are living better now. I remember singing along as well. Now I am living this precious memory with its song.

One of my favourite songs. It now has a wonderful memory of this past summer attached to it. I went on a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords for my sister's wedding. As we were leaving the dock at Olden, the staff at a bar at the end of the dock turned up the music to full volume and we departed in style with flags being waved and various songs played as the ship prepared to depart. This was the final song, hearing the wonderful voice of Andrea echoing down a Fjord from the balcony of my cabin was amazing. It brought me to tears and still gives me goosebumps thinking about it. It was just amazing.
