He's 100% correct. You don't need more losses, what you need is to trade and invest with Scott Hoffman, internet, and the trading plan are all you need.
Depends on your trading session. Shorter time frame = smaller profit&loss, higher time frame = bigger profit &loss. Pick the time frame that you can realistically and able to keep up.

I always check good volume ! If volume is above 20 MA? first confirmation done! Also i cross check trend ! If stock is in down trend never go for buy breakout

If you close half of your position, you already took some of the profits, so even if the price hits your new stop loss, you're already guaranteed half of the profits, but, if you keep ALL of your positions, if the price hits the new stoploss, you get 0 profits, because you dint close any position make sense?

He's saying selling half the quantity of total shares u bought then Carry forward the rest half shares it's called stop loss trailing
Go to trading view and try the paper trading option and you'll find the option to close partial profits

I think it is more advantageous to use buy stop sell stop orders in breakout positions.

Why not move your stop to break-even and then maintain your entire position until the chandelier stop signals your exit?
