You may say I’m a dreamer, but I know I’m not the only one.
This year, on Earth Day 2024, I’m having a Global Energetic Synthesis of Communion (ESC) and asking for it to be the biggest one ever so far. Big in what we can create together.

What's an ESC?
It’s kind of like a guided meditation… but so much more than that.
The Energetic Synthesis of Communion (ESC) allows you to tap into the energy of communion, and the sense of peace that is possible when we are connected to everyone and everything, including the earth.
And the wonderful thing is that there is no right or wrong way to receive. You can just lie down, relax, kick off your shoes, and wiggle your little toesies.
