I don't get all the people parked on the freeway it's like they went. " hey kid's lets go see 4 of july fireworks but oh were will we go. I know how about the 5 freeway we'll just park on the side of the freeway and watch the fireworks TOTALLY SAFE".
Wow! I've heard that cars would pull to the side and traffic would slow down but I never thought it was that much of a deal!
