In a press conference lin Jarvis said he was willing to give a factory bike to Franky at any moment, but petronas doesn’t seem to be interested for now

@@KelvinMercer the simple answer is, PETRONAS needs to pay more money for latest bike and factory support to yamaha, so they kept one factory bike used by rossi and one old bike to cut the cost.
