Hot shots are all I followed over the last 2 years to learn from. I followed advice , went to school, obtained my cdl, researched company's to work for using their equipment and their knowledge to obtain experience and feel I'm in the best possible spot in the environment we're now in! After my 3 month I will move into a specialized board where I'll get experience strapping with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $2000. a week. Not great but just starting on this path I feel blessed! I was going to ask the same question.. What are the things needed to be hired on to a hotshot delivery company...??? I think I would want to work for a hotshot delivery company before I go with my own authority
Hello again. I know this sound ridiculous but I have to do this. I know resation is coming and I'm starting my non cdl hotshot in 2 months. Do you think is ok to do it or just sit there and wait? Thank you. Also I need a mentor like you if you are willing to help me. Thankbyou.
