For those of you who are confused the reason why current division rule cant be applied is because the resistors are in series with each other and NOT in parallel you can not put the two resistors in parallel because in the question they are in series cdr is applied when u have two or more resistors parallel with each other in this case they are clearly in series so you cant apply cdr but you can apply voltage division rule which is applied when resistors are in series which will give you the correct answer potential difference at 6 ohm resistors is 3.3 volts by voltage division rule now by ohms law I=V/R 3.3/6=0.5 repeating there you go
Sir, 10V ko current source me agar kiya to 6ohm, 3ohm & 6.66A current source parallel me aa rahe hai. Uske baad bohot doubt hai. plz solve the same que by this method.
Sir for the same problem first convert that voltage source into current source and both the current sources are aiding then by using current division rule can we find the current through 6 ohm resistor
Jitna Dekho utna interesting ho ta hain sir apka class. Please never stop.keep on going.

Why we can't convert it into current source?
I transformed 10v source into current source and than used current division rule and found current throungh 6ohm resistor but my answer is 2.22 A
Plz answer anyone.. I m also facing same doubt
Same
I also did the same
This is also my doubt
Same
Sir you teach very very simple so easy to lern thank you sir are you great💯❤
Thanks for watching.
Hey ...why sir took it as anti-clockwise and why not clockwise ??
@@shreyap337 because current always flow from positive to negative terminal

Thanks you very much sir.
At last for finding i in 6 ohm can we use current division rule?
Sir super sir
Thanks sir

This is what I did but the answer I am getting is 2.22A
@@Anupyadav-lj4ef I also got the same answer. But im not getting why isnt it matching with the sirs solution.
I have done it the same way... My ans is also 2.22 A
Same here also

Sir pls make videos about two port network sir I have many doubts in that chapter and I have backlog to sir pls make a videos about that sir
It takes time but I will try to upload as soon as possible.

Why cant we transform into current sourse
can we do by transfoming voltage into current but i am not getting as your ans wer getting 10/9A.
When it will become clockwise ?
sir,u have calculated current for 9 ohm.not for 6 ohm..i have doubt sir
Because 6ohm and 3ohm are in series so current will be same for 6ohm and 3ohm
@@kalpanakathait11 correct
I am getting 2.2Ohm through the current divide rule
@@abinkuruvilla857 yaha current division rule use krne ki koe jrurat na hi h
Sir can we find current directly through 6ohm resistor by I=V/R formula??? I'm confused here so please explain me
