We live on Rada Street just down from your restaurant. We flew back to the Philippines last March after an absence of over two years because of the pandemic. Our first meal was going to be at Sarsa, one of our favorites. I was so disappointed and saddened when we saw Sarsa was closed. Later, I saw a note saying they are renovating. However, we had to fly back and so missed the reopening. Definitely looking forward to many meals at Sarsa when we fly home again.

My last encounter with PAL was not with the in flight crews but with the customer service via the internet. I would say the same thing you said regarding your in flight crews. Professional yet conveyed empathy even thru the internet.
Oh thank the Lord! The flight attendants are no longer wearing Hazmat suits! That was really creepy although I understand the need for it at the time ..thanks for sharing your experience
