Hi Katie, do you offer consultation for people that want to become a Genetic Counselor? I have a BA in Biology from a different country with 3.0 GPA and mostly customer service experience throughout my life, I also have experience in Education and volunteer with people with disabilities. I would like to know if I have a chance to get into the MA Genetic Counseling because from all the videos I've watched on your Channel the impression I have is that people even better prepared than me weren't able to get into the programs.

It is definitely possible with your GPA to still get into school, but you will definitely need to strategically highlight your strengths and select schools that would be a good fit. Have you watched my video on how to apply and downloaded my guide? Happy to connect.

@@katieleecgctalksgeneticcou6248 Hi Katie, I'll definitely download your guide but I see most of the info are for undergraduate students. In my case I already have a bachelors in Biology so I would like to pursue a Master's in GC and also I live in the USA so I wouldn't be considered an international student either. Kinda different situation here.

@@roadluv all of my info is geared towards graduates with their BA or BS as it is a requirement to apply! And almost all content is geared towards students in the US.
