I work as a strength coach with the Army and am going to be applying VBT with them in the next program, would love some more information with tactical populations if you have them! Great content btw, love your channel
I'm into armwrestling, and rate of force is really important in competition. That's what brought me to your content, along with an interest in optimizing training volume and programming. You should do a video on Overspeed eccentrics. I could be misremembering, but I don't remember you doing on in any of your speed videos. Such good content man. Although, where the hell is the Tendo Unit discount code? ;) I want one of those so bad. I've wanted to be able to measure my rate of force more accurately and effectively.
I have 1 day where I work on raw heavy strength and another day I use light weights and move the weight as fast as I can so I get the best of both and I also do 1-2 plyometric exercises ,everyday 5 days a week,so far I’m seeing good results and I’ve increased my sprint speed and vertical jump
It's probably best to find and follow people who are training athletes with VBT. I've learned a lot about if from Billmillertraining on IG. I'm sure others are also doing good work as well and posting about it.
Are there good apps that use a smart phone's acceloramter or a good bluetooth device that can find out max velocity for different exercises and drills and then beep when we are below 75% of that speed or even give us a power curve for each rep?
I coach triathlon, cross country and track. I have so many different sources it's confusing. Marathon and cross country lift light high reps, triathlon lift heavy, track lift heavy or light depending on the event. So kids doing the Two mile and pole vault lift heavy and light. OMG! Help!
Hi, I have been following you from a while and found your videos very informative and easy to understand. Can you suggest some velocity techniques for ultra runner athelete. A person who has run 100+ km of distance and plan to go even further. Thanks Again.
You’ll likely benefit from some high load isometric work or slow controlled movements for tendon health. The repetitive stress low load ultra running can put a lot of stress on tendons without being a good stimulus for increasing tendon strength. Better force absorption/ energy storage and release and staying healthy will definitely help you continue to progress overall.
hi, can you make an endurance specific including _aerobic and muscular_ for sports. thank you and plzzzzzzzzzz reply. youre the only reason im fit and healthy for my sports which is cricket
Comment your sport and if I have any cool articles or videos that apply to your sport I'll reply to your comment with them.

Glad you’re enjoying them! Check out The Movement System podcast as well. I’m sure you’ll like that too

Can you talk about anaerobic training for sprinters to maximise max speed
If there's a lot of interest in the topic, I could probably make a video along the lines of conditioning for sprinters/ anaerobic athletes.

Very interesting. I don't know of any research on that particularly, however some principles of gymnastics training may apply.
