im not 100% sure, but i think i know what tech hes using
genji's wallclimb actually consists of two separate abilities; one to climb the face of the wall and one to climb on top of a ledge
the first ability can only be used once before genji has to touch the ground again to refresh it, but the second ability can be used indefinitely
im guessing that necros is utilizing obscure map geometry that makes the game think he's trying to get on top of a ledge, allowing him to continously wallclimb around the building
ive seen this trick done in genji parkour workshops where you have to move around the edge of a balcony without touching the ground

Bind to jump the scrollwheel and use it to slowly ascend the wall. You get an infinite wall climb. Can be done with kiri and hanzo too

@@DeertickDaniel There are less than 10 Junkrat mains in t500, and none of them are one tricks. If that doesn't say something about him being a terribly performing character, idk what will. Playing him is easy, making him work is damn near impossible.
Originally we junkrats could flank, sky dive, 1-2 air shots, clap pharahs etc. Now because of the HP buff, yes you're right: The playstyle has become extremely simple because we literally cannot do anything else. Those playstyles don't work anymore cause nothing dies fast enough. Now its all about who can spam better, which is why people hated the character in the first place.

Super trying to say Moira and junkrat mains have less knowledge of the game is actually wild. The best Moira mains are the ones with with like 52 fade jumps divided into specific locations on all the maps, and the best junkrat mains have that uncanny knowledge of exactly where the enemy is going to walk for no apparent reason, and random spots next to the sky box that you can stand on somehow to snipe people with a combo.
