I really enjoy watching your builds but specifically forging. I am a hobby smith so anything in the forge is a bonus for me. I was wondering though, is that your personal shop or the workplace? Where are you based out of? I see other people sometimes and was just curious if this is what you do for a living or just a side hobby? You have every tool and machine I wish I had or had room to own lol. That all being said...yes more movie builds would be awesome...how about the Predator's club/spear from the recently released "Prey"? Tall order but you'd be the man for that job!

Never seen the Strain, but very nice blade! @3:16 what are you using to cool the blade? And is it to harden the steel for a sharper edge? I know very little of metallurgy, but always been fascinated by it!

      It’s a good show, thanks.
If it’s the box i use it to slowly cool the blade so it’s soft and all the grain is refined

@@DiesInEveryFilm Ah, ok. Thank you! So a box full of refined grain is used to cool it slowly so the body of the blade is not made brittle, I assume?

That's a beautiful build. What animal was the bone from?
I once knew someone whose family did meat processing for hunters. For the brief moment that I thought about trying to make knives, I was going to see whether she could get me some elk and deer leg bones.
