Congratulations! I'm disabled and have been looking into these too, I can walk but just can't go too far I use a four wheel walker, I want one! Because it's hard being crippled & going outdoors!
Really like the Jazzy Zero Turn scooter that you feature in this video. The advantage 3 wheel mobility scooters used to have over 4 wheel scooters was double the turning radius of 50" inches plus. 38" inches is impressive for a 4 wheeler!
There’s a good amount of weight that doesn’t have to go with you, though, if you just charge at home. You can zip tie your charger under the seat or somewhere.
Chargers are a component that can simply go bad without any cause. Years ago most power wheelchairs and mobility scooters did have onboard charge but it's serviceability was not there. it takes to much time and money to service.
I recommend examining and driving mobility scooters before you buy, many are poor performers, with limited traction and poor handling in adverse terrain, conditions.. Front-wheel drive-in automobiles take advantage of the engine, transaxles weight over the drive wheels for better traction. A single wheel front-drive electric mobility scooter that has no weight on its tiny single front wheel will instantly slip on the slightest incline, wet, loose sand, pavement, etc Many of the scooters use small diameter solid tires with a narrow width tire = smaller surface contact patch [amount of the tire that contacts the surface ]further taking away any traction. Always look twice at scooters, mobility, bicycle devices that use pneumatic tires [air filled tube and tubeless] Pneumatic tires have three major benefits compared to solid tires: Lower rolling friction Better ride cushioning Better traction If the mobility device does have solid tires, look for some type of suspension or seat dampening for a softer ride. But again buyer beware, make sure you test ride these vehicles as specifications and looks are deceiving. Many are better as scrap metal, plastic yard art, then mobility scooters.
The main reason most of these scooters don't work well is cause the person on them are extremely fat. Which is not the manufacturers' fault. RIP mobility scooters

@@thomaslewis7883 Thank you for your very informative comment. I have been looking into buying something like this as I am visually impaired and driving a car would not be in my best interest. However something like this would be prefect to get me through my everyday life. Do you have any recommendation of where to look to test drive these before purchasing?
@@markashton1942 Thanks, Mark. I would think any reputable dealer in your area of the country would let you try the device at home for a few days. It's best to test the mobility device on the types of surfaces and conditions it will be used in. Something you might consider is purchasing a custom lightweight fold-up wheelchair, and then adding a power assist system like the current Yamaha NAVIONE or the new NAVIGO [I don't work for Yamaha or its subcontractors, dealers, etc. ] which is set for release in 2021 It features twin pneumatic tires, wheels, hub motors, joystick control, long-range battery, and custom tuneability. I can't vouch for its performance or cost, but I'm betting Yamaha didn't cut any corners on quality. Happy holidays Mark.
Atto is made in Israel. Not only would it be cheaper to be delivered to you, they also make the best lightweight, foldable travel mobility scooters IMHO.
Tienes los mejores modelos ,ya era hora que alguien publicará un video .Me hubiese ahorrado ver un montón.Por cierto deberías agregar el scooter Apex transformer es un gran scooter plegado automático gran comodidad y muy estable en la conducción.
Seems to be just a bunch of adverts stuck together. No real analysis here and guess what no observations or opinions from people who use mobility scooters because they have too. Storage is also done by those least likely to use a mobility scooter. The way these adverts have been put together seems to encourage the use of mobility scooters as a fashion accessory.not at all informative for those that need them. Bit patronising to be honest, the maker of this video couldn’t be bothered to do proper research but instead stuck together a bunch of manufacturers adverts

The E pilot looks good for manual wheelchairs
They don't show the Travel Scoot. 3 wheel. Light weight. 400lb max. Super accessories. Expensive but worth it.
