Here's the premise for this video
Rosa (Chicos) is new to Go City academy and a student of Jay's Spanish class, apparently classic Caillou and Robin had an evil scheme of sexually harassing her, but it wasn't for long when the two of them got ISS and classic Caillou getting grounded.
