Hi guys I’m watching this Today March 29th and I Hope you’ve replaced the wing nuts on the solar panel brackets with the rivnuts, making it easier to screw in or out one handed.
Haha it's very tempting! I'm convinced Woody actually installed it as a self destruct or eject button but who knows? There's only one way to find out, right?
when tilting the panels, each panel should have 100% sun view, but how its currently spaced close together, the furthest panels have less sun view, please spread out the furthest panels a quarter to half each. this will give you the longest avalable time to charge. use your tilting layout to your advantage.
Hey guys, I bought torque washers and grinded them down…bought too few van tech sliders so I’m on to this DIY solution. My torque washers just spin in the railing. Didn’t look like you had that issue, any tips?
Hi Ying Li. 😊 We were concerned about that but it all depends on where the sun is at. We have the option to tilt just one if that's the case too. We can also tilt them different directions. So far, we've mainly kept them down flat but we're still building out our van. Hope this helps!
The victorious music playing over the montage of solar panels was so satisfying!
Thanks friend! I wanted to do something different. I thought it was funny and epic. 😁

If you leave the system on series, the smallest shading on any panel will diminish the solar output.

Hi, woody and Shelby. When you guys tilt the panels, might one blocks the conjunction one?
